The Reverse Diet

Consuming food and losing weight is a little harder than we actually think it is and the time of day that you are consuming your food really matters.  It is vital that you change the times during the day that you are eating and there is a plan that will help you.  It is called the Reverse Diet.  Not complicated and a great way to drop in size.

The Reverse Diet actually reverses the calories that you may have been consuming before.  What I mean by that, is usually you may have a small breakfast, small lunch and a decent size meal for dinner where you are consuming of your calories in the evening or even at night.  With this diet plan, you will start to consume most of your calories in the morning and afternoon.

So, your low calories are going to be consumed in the evening when you have dinner.  Studies show that by reversing your calorie intake, your body now will be active during the day and burn more calories.  Physical activity is usually not apart of your evening routine like it may be during the day, so the more active you are during the day, the more calories you will burn. 

The large amount of calories that you will be consuming during the day will burn much quicker because of your active body.  Once you have had dinner and consumed a lower amount of calories, it will be harder to burn them off because you are mostly inactive.

Overall, switching your eating cycles will effect the body long term and provide weight loss guarantee.  You may not have a huge appetite during the morning, but as soon as you consume food your body will be use to it.  Your body needs to be fueled by food and just a little extra food in the first part of your day will not hurt.  The Reverse diet will also improve dramatically on the amount of energy your body has.  Living this way will change your life.
