Maker
Posted by admin on March 27th, 2007 filed in Diet ReviewsJordan S. Rubin created The Maker’s Diet based on his own religious experiences and principles. This is a religious diet that has obtained the secrets to God’s dietary laws. In the ancient scriptures, God spoke about eating fish with fins and scales, but taught to avoid fish or water creatures without them. God’s word also said to avoid catfish or eel and crab or lobster. Basically, anything that is smooth-skinned or hard-shelled crustaceans.
His father was an eccentric nutritionist and advised him to look to God and the bible for guidance on what foods to eat. When he was a young boy that is exactly what he did because he was diagnosed in Cronin’s Disease and was in much pain. Food did not help the matter, so he needed some balance with meal choices. The bible and God were his answers.
The Bible gave Jordan even more methods to be aware of, such as to eat cows, goats, oxen, buffalo, sheep and deer. However, do not eat pigs. They are not clean animals. His illness gave him the opportunity to make changes in his life and help others within the process.
Within the diet, you will learn how to improve your physical, mental and emotional health. The Maker’s Diet will also balance your blood sugar, which will result in acuminating your concentration and mood. You will increase your health by reducing infection that your body may endure. Eventually your body will no longer ache and pains such as headaches and disease will decrease.
This is a 40 day program that consists of three two week phases. Within the phases, you will cleanse your body and correct any imbalances. In time your body will adjust to more nutritional meals that will be available anytime. With the proper tools that have been supplied, this low fat plan will provide extreme weight loss in a new healthy aspect.
Weaknesses:
Religion is heavy within the plan
Strengths:
Provides daily exercising tools
Encourages bible eating habits
